My name is Rev. Garris Williams, Minister of Matrimony, I am a Wedding Minister, and  I am registered in NYC as a Marriage Officiant.  I perform religious ceremonies, interfaith ceremonies, non-faith ceremonies, civil ceremonies, same-sex ceremonies, second marriages and renewal of vows.  I am available to perform intimate ceremonies to big, lavish weddings.  I am very professional, experienced, friendly, dependable, and extremely punctual.

I take care of all your paperwork after the ceremony.  Couples should receive their marriage certificate in up to 6 weeks.
